We also understand that simply making little changes that will positively impact your health and subsequently your life can sometimes seem like MONUMENTAL tasks with the overwhelming amount of info that you are bombarded with daily via social media and Google ads.
That is why we here at ATP are going to begin helping you along with your journey! We’ll be tackling issues such as diet, exercises, proper form, programming, techniques, supplements, our personal struggles and what we’ve learned from them and realistically all things health and fitness. It only makes sense for us to do so. We strive to be a resource that you can count on for solid, evidence-backed information and that’s what this blog will be presenting you with.
