To accommodate the busy schedules of our clients, our hours are very flexible. We are available early morning, during the work day, in the evening, as well as on weekends.
We accept cheque or cash payments, as well as debit and credit cards. We offer insurance receipts. Check with your health insurance provider to see if nutritionist/dietitian services are covered.
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you cannot be present at an appointment contact us (by phone or email) at the latest 1 day prior to your appointment. If you are within 48 hours of the appointment you will be charged 100% of the amount of the appointment.
A sports nutritionist has the same academic training as a nutritionist, ie. a bachelor's degree in nutrition, but has developed an expertise in sports nutrition, through a joint master's in nutrition and physical activity or kinesiology. The result is a concrete knowledge of food and energy metabolism during exercise, to identify the needs of active individuals
